Great service from Wood Communications. I emailed in about ordering some equipment for a test bed I am building and was put on to Stephen. Not only did he guide my decision making to ensure I was getting the correct equipment for what I was looking to do, but when there was a bit of confusion on what kind of Light Meter would suit us best, he approached product specialists to run my requirements by them to ensure there was no issues with what I had requested. A common mistake companies make is to have a combative relationship with their suppliers and vendors. That is the opposite of what you want to do.
