Great service from Wood Communications. I emailed in about ordering some equipment for a test bed I am building and was put on to Stephen. Not only did he guide my decision making to ensure I was getting the correct equipment for what I was looking to do, but when there was a bit of confusion on what kind of Light Meter would suit us best, he approached product specialists to run my requirements by them to ensure there was no issues with what I had requested. Fantastic service and very easy to deal with. Highly recommended, especially if you are not totally sure of your requirements.
Great service from John and the team at Wood Communications with the Training package provided in structured cabling and Fibre Optics,
I recently sent 3 employees on a fibre splicing course here. Dealt with John who was really helpful. Organisation of the course was prompt and well managed. Course was clear, well designed and really useful. Would recommend.
A really pleasant and professional experience dealing with John and the team.
Fantastic service from start to finish, couldn't have asked for better. Dealt with Gary who was always available to answer my many, many questions!! After sales support received from Conor to get everything up and running was also greatly appreciated. Highly recommend.
Thanks Stephen for all your help. I found the Customer service from you and your team excellent. Even though the initial product was not the best fit for my requirements, your team went above and beyond to resolve it and to recommend the perfect product for my requirements Consequently I now have broadband available throughout my house thanks to DECO. 😊
Stephen in Woodcomm is just brillaint. Always quick to respond and in general can't do enough for his customers. And we would deal with various IT suppliers who would do well to learn Customers Services skills from Stephen in Woodcomm.
This company went above and beyond outside of normal working hours to help me set up my system. Conor is an absolute Gem and a huge asset to any company or business. Thank you very much, would recommend your company without hesitation to anyone.
Super lads . In and out . No issues

Brilliant service. Have dealt with Wood Communications for many years and have always found them to be efficent, helpful and competitively priced. The lads are always available and provide excellent service always. Would recommend Wood Communications for sure.
A common mistake companies make is to have a combative relationship with their suppliers and vendors. That is the opposite of what you want to do. A lot of companies will actually have an adversarial relationship where they hire purchasing people who have on brass knuckles and try to beat up on vendors to get better prices or better terms. That is a very shortsighted way to do business.CNI has being in business with Woods Communications for many years and instead of getting stuck on price, focus on quality of product and of service.Keep up the good work guys.
Wood Communications is a supportive supplier. Efficient with pricing, supply and delivery. Product enquiries are always handled with enthusiasm and a professional service.
