Great service from Wood Communications. I emailed in about ordering some equipment for a test bed I am building and was put on to Stephen. Not only did he guide my decision making to ensure I was getting the correct equipment for what I was looking to do, but when there was a bit of confusion on what kind of Light Meter would suit us best, he approached product specialists to run my requirements by them to ensure there was no issues with what I had requested. Fantastic service and very easy to deal with. Highly recommended, especially if you are not totally sure of your requirements.

A common mistake companies make is to have a combative relationship with their suppliers and vendors. That is the opposite of what you want to do. A lot of companies will actually have an adversarial relationship where they hire purchasing people who have on brass knuckles and try to beat up on vendors to get better prices or better terms.That is a very shortsighted way to do business.CNI has being in business with Woods Communications for many years and instead of getting stuck on price, focus on quality of product and of service.Keep up the good work guys.
