The TM3 “Tilt Out” Wall Mount is ideal for providing mounting and access to
audio and video equipment in schools, hospitals, churches, offices,
restaurants, and hotels. The three-position tilt-out rack allows for easy
operation and servicing of equipment. External knockouts allow for the
mounting of low-voltage devices, connectors, and provisions. The TM3 is
available in a surface and recessed mounting design to accommodate both
remodelling and new construction applications.

A common mistake companies make is to have a combative relationship with their suppliers and vendors. That is the opposite of what you want to do.
